The rise of Coroavirus pandemic brings uncertainties as well as anxiety, discomfort, sadness, and fear for many. During this time of the Coroavirus pandemic; I provide telehealth (phone, computer) services allowing you to have therapy in your own home or your designated location. My specialty is in Anxiety, Depression, PTSDTrauma. I thrive in providing my clients effective psychotherapy which is essential to building rapport, trust, and awareness between the therapist (provide insights) and client (insight of workable goals) relationship. Therapy must be meaningful! Therefore; clients must be empowered to find their inner strength in a safe and comfortable counseling environment that allows growth, happiness and acceptance. It understand it's vital to provide integrated treatment. It includes evidence-based methods, learning about the issue or disorder, applying solutions and developing skills and strategies to manage emotions and realize your incredible strength and ability to persevere in the face of adversity and find acceptance in lossgrief and life's uncertainties.
One of the most prevalent modalities I provide is CBT; cognitive behavioral therapy, one of the most researched, widely applied and most effective evidence-based therapeutic modalities for treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma- and stress-related disorders.
