I have more than 16 years experience helping families, couples and individuals. In addition, I also specialize in meditation, relief from anxiety, recovery from affairs, and young adult issues. My diverse practice in Orlando catered to high-profile clients including professional athletes, elected officials, and CEOs of cutting-edge companies. I am ready to offer you the same attention and quick results I helped them achieve.
My fee for sessions is $130 for one hour. If you would like to pay for several sessions in advance, I will offer you a reduced rate. Sometimes, I offer a sliding fee scale based on need and my availability. I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks and cash.If applicable, I will be happy to fill out paperwork so that you can utilize my services as an out-of-network provider.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
There are no rules for how long successful therapy or coaching should take. The client determines when his or her needs have been met. I expect most clients to have some relief from their presenting problems within the first three sessions. Some individuals opt for brief, solution-oriented sessions that target immediate symptom relief. Others embark on longer courses of counseling designed to facilitate both skill building and self-discovery.
