My Approach to Helping

Although I’ve worked in a variety of settings with a variety of people (addiction clinics, state prison, etc.), I have found that I have three areas I would consider my expertise. One is what I call the triplets: stress, anger, and anxiety. Another is addiction (chemical or behavioral) and motivation for change. Lastly is couplesfamily conflict counseling.
