More Info About My Practice
Finding a good therapist is sometimes a longer process than desired. This is why I offer a 10 minute consultation in which you get to interview me, and briefly test the waters to see if I can meet your needs. In addition to having an office in Albany, I offer teletherapy, which is therapy from the comfort of your own home and us connecting via webcam.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Nobody is perfect. Nobody's life is perfect. I think what got me into wanting to be a therapist is that I know what it's like to struggle, to have lecturers instead of listeners, and to strive to be better. This is not to say that since I have healed, I know how you should heal. Just the opposite, actually. I know that you are the expert in your own values, thoughts, and emotions. I am just a therapeutic lens.
