My Approach to Helping

Seeing people break through their emotional roadblocks and take control of their lives gives me immense satisfaction. I have been trained in various therapeutic approaches (psychodynamic, CBT, EMDR, Solutions Based, etc.), but, in the end, this work is about the human being. Each individual and each couple are unique. I apply different approaches according to each person's needs.

Research shows that the therapeutic relationship is a major key to success. For that reason, I like to give people a free initial consultation so that they can judge whether or not they're comfortable continuing with me. Let's meet and discuss reclaiming your life or your relationship.

More Info About My Practice

While I have treated a broad range of conditions, much of my work has focused on low self-esteem and anxiety disorders, including PTSD ( I am an Accredited EMDR therapist). I've had the opportunity to treat many artists, other psychotherapists as well as people with cognitive impairments. All of this has deepened my confidence that, as human beings, we can use our interactions to enable each other to reclaim our lives and to freely cut our own paths.
