Having a baby is life-changing. No matter how well prepared you are, sometimes things don't go according to plan, and the new responsibilities of parenthood can be overwhelming. The last thing you want to do it tell other people how you are feeling. You don't have to suffer alone, and you can feel better. The first step toward your healing is to reach out. I am an IFS-trained Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Grief Counselor, and Parenting Coach who specializes in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, including Postpartum Depression and Perinatal Loss, Women's Mental Health, parenting challenges, Grief, and trauma. I work with new mothers struggling to find relief from the dark abyss of depression to empower women to feel confident in their relationships and parenting skills.
