My Approach to Helping
As imperfect human beings, we are faced with attitudes and viewpoints about ourselves and others, some are good and some are difficult. As we work with our self, we can come to feel more at peace within, more confident, more loving of self, and vastly improve our relationship with the rest of the world. Currently I have two openings available for new clients.
More Info About My Practice
I have been in practice 40 years. I am in network with many insurance companies. I try to present tools from many points of view (different therapies, spirituality, mindfulness) that the individual I am working with can identify with and feels comfortable with.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Most often the difficult things we experience within us are not there intentionally. Psychotherapy can help us understand these things in new ways and uncover things we are not aware of so that we can come to feel peaceful within ourselves.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to help uncover and clarify what the source of difficulty is and to provide perspectives, viewpoints, understandings and techniques that will aid in resolving and healing the issues that contribute to the difficulties.
