Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Quite the opposite is true. It takes courage and commitment to be in therapy. Therapy is about taking an honest look at yourself; the good, the bad, the ugly. When you are brave enough to be honest with yourself, you are brave enough to live your life authentically. Asking for help can be difficult and yet can also be very empowering to work together to find your answers. As a human, we are meant to work together on all levels. Whether that is to find your own answers or have a facilitator to help you find your answers.
