My Approach to Helping

We’re all born with inherent worth. This truth can get lost amidst difficult relationships, trauma, addiction, and transition resulting in disconnection from self and others. Our power is lost or found based on the stories we tell ourselves and others about who we are and what we’ve experienced. Discovering the power in your story means honoring and giving voice to the truth hiding under the pain, and embarking on your healing journey.

My personal journey has directed me to work with substance abuse and trauma. Through my pursuit for internal peace and the manifestation of goals, I have had the honor to work at Jaywalker Lodge in Carbondale CO, and I currently do contract work with Onsite Workshops in Tennessee and Choice House in Boulder CO in addition to my private practice. My work at these nationally recognized facilities focuses on substance abuse issues and PTSD. My hope with every client I work with is to help liberate them from the negative messages circulating in their heads, move into the compassion contained in their heart, and reclaim their voice towards greater embodiment, connection to their loved ones, and connection to community.
