How Psychotherapy Can Help
I believe therapy helps individuals refine skills and create their own framework of how to get though situations to live well. I firmly believe in working with individuals from their own point of experience and I work comfortably with individuals of many faiths, backgrounds, and orientations. I appreciate and value differences and new experiences.
Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
A good match is important in therapy. Your therapist is a collaborator with you in your goals. I work with a number of professionals, business owners and independent individuals who are seeking their own solutions and not a repackaged one.
