My Approach to Helping
Most of us will experience a loss of balance at some point in our lives. The cause may be obvious, such as a crisis like a divorce or the loss of a loved one. But at other times, the source may not be as easy to identify.
The focus of my practice is to help you regain your equilibrium by discovering the source of your imbalance and examining how you respond to the challenge.
Through the use of mindfulness and other evidence-based techniques, we will devise sensible and appropriate strategies to help you navigate life's ups and downs while building strength, confidence, and resiliency.
