My Approach to Helping
My life's mission is to help children, teens, adults, and families thrive rather than merely survive. My goal is to empower individuals to live their very best lives for themselves and for their families. I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, develop strengths, and build resilience. If you, your child, or your teenager is experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma related to grief, communication issues, stress, or experiencing life challenges, I am here to help you.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
I believe my role as a therapist is to provide guidance and support to help you to be the best version of yourself. Being in therapy is not a weakness, it takes courage and strength to seek help. I believe that we are imperfect people living in an imperfect world. As we walk in our day to day journeys, there are people who are equipped to walk with us in life, support us, counsel us, and empower us to conquer any obstacles we are faced with. Quality therapy can help you to live a life full of hope, positivity, peace, and help to maintain mental wellness.
Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance
The client-therapist relationship is fundamental. Building trust is vital, without trust a client can not express themselves or feel comfortable with being emotionally vulnerable. Trust is indeed the foundation of the client-therapist alliance! We have to work together to explore the life, goals, or changes that you are seeking to attain. As long as you trust me as your therapist, trust the process, and do the work; the changes in how you feel and how you think will be transformational.
