My Approach to Helping
My philosophy is to teach clients why they are feeling the way that they are or why they are doing what they are doing. I do this by using psychoeducational materials. I teach you "why" and then I guide you on how to move forward and live your best life. I am currently working with clients who are battling with anxiety, depression, anger management, codependency, relationship issues and relationship healthy boundaries, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), gender identity, couples therapy, and families with loved ones who are battling with addiction. My goal is to help clients learn coping skills and mindfulness through psycho-education and therapy. I am affirming in the LGBTQIA, neurodivergent, and Polyamorous communities.

I run my practice with ease and comfort. You can eat, drink, and or cuss during sessions if you want. I want you to feel at ease and as comfortable as possible. I want you to feel like you can say anything without being judged by anyone. Find your inner peace and start enjoying life again.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
A lot of people experience this same feeling. Society has made it seem like you are weak or damaged if you seek therapy. But there is not one person that does not experience some kind of mental disorder. Like anxiety, intrusive thoughts, distorted core beliefs, OCD, or depression. Just remember, your mental healthy is just as important as your physical health. And almost everyone goes to their doctor when they are not feeling well, so why not see your therapist when you are not feeling well. We can treat things that your doctor cannot treat. We can guide you to feeling better mentally and physically.
