My Approach to Helping
Through deep exploration, individuals gain insight into their internal world, learn to accept and feel compassion for all of themselves and create a sense of balance and peace within. My therapeutic style is caring, encouraging and individualized in order to help each person learn skills to work with their emotions, see situations without judgment and make life decisions that are aligned with personal values. I work with individuals to heal their deepest wounds allowing them to feel clear, empowered and alive. It is her goal to help each individual bring the work from the session to the world, creating a greater sense of focus, confidence and direction in their lives.
I specialize in individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. My style is eclectic, incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Person-Centered, and psychodynamic approaches.
