My Approach to Helping
I have specialized in working with adults and couples on issues that affect their personal, social, and emotional well-being. My practice focuses on helping you overcome symptoms of anxiety and depression caused by issues such as social, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and abuse.
My approach uses a variety of different trauma-informed modalities including Cognitive Behavior, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology to name a few. I am strength-based in my approach and believe you have all the tools and skills you need to be successful.
I’m here to assist with processing, self-esteem, difficult life events, positive communication, and establishing healthier coping along with any other things that are imperative to you. For us to do our best work together, the therapeutic relationship needs to be strong and authentic.
