My Approach to Helping
Welcome. I want to commend you for beginning the process of seeking out a therapist. I know that it isn’t easy; this can be very daunting for many. I am a strengths-based therapist who enjoys helping people recognize the strengths and abilities that they already possess to conquer life’s challenges. Life can be full of difficult experiences; my goal is to help you build the skills and confidence to overcome such challenges and live a healthier and happier life. I believe that each approach should be tailored to the client’s needs.
