My Approach to Helping

I provide counseling and therapy services to individuals in the process of healing from the pain of trauma, building confidence, renewing self esteem, and developing practical skills to manage anxiety and depression. As a counselor, I use a warm, compassionate, and empathetic approach to support you in building resilience to overcome stress and meet your goals.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

My goal is to help you reconnect to your innate ability to heal and restore balance in your life. My work is holistic; informed by attachment and family systems theories, EMDR therapy, and a foundation of mindfulness practice and strength based approaches.
