My Approach to Helping
Maybe you're stressed to the max and working as hard as you can to improve yourself, and nobody notices. Or perhaps you're feeling sad or anxious and don't know why. I use compassion, understanding, directness, and humor to help people get through tough times. I want to create a comfortable, trusting environment where you can begin the journey of feeling better.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Many people feel stress because of work, family, and relationships. Sometimes you feel stuck in your daily life or have a difficult time communicating with people you care about. Therapy gives you the opportunity to be heard, supported, and guided through the challenges of life. It helps create healthy change and helps you learn how to handle stress and conflict in your life. For some, therapy helps to restore the love and intimacy in your marriage or relationship.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
Simply put, I love helping people. I love helping people realize their goals and go after them. I love when the people I work with achieve satisfaction in areas of their lives that are important to them, such as career, family, and relationships. Being a psychotherapist is my purpose. It's what I want to do, what I am skilled at doing, and what I enjoy doing.
