My Approach to Helping
As a Trauma-trained Mindfulness therapist i have found that collaboration with my clients can create positive life changes. We will work together to remove the obstacles you face to manifest creativity, open communication, and well-being as well as discovering how you may already have the answers to your own happiness and serenity. Mindfulness techniques and an understanding of how the body manages trauma can help to heal your past and move forward with clarity into your present. Together we will open new pathways to strengthen your unique gifts and cultivate undiscovered talents that will help you grow into the person you've always wanted to be.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
Drawn from my own personal experience, I am dedicated to working with elders, caregivers, and those diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other dementias, and Parkinson's disease. We will examine fears of abandonment, feelings of isolation, strategies for self-care and creating a supportive environment that fosters ones well-being. I am also a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA community. The journey that we face evolves every day and I believe that with compassion and life experience I can create a place of acceptance and loving kindness where you can truly be seen and heard.
