My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, I will not try to fix you, give you advice, tell you what to do, assume what is best for you, make the hard stuff go away. As your therapist, I will remind you that you are not broken, but give you a space to access your own wisdom, encourage you to figure out what to do, and work together on how to make the hard stuff easier. I believe in the hero in you that knows how to do the hard things.I believe you are resilient because you are courageous enough to seek help and work through the issues you are dealing with, to be happy again which you deserve. I have been helping people for over two decades and know that life can be difficult without professional support. We humans need one another, a listening ear, and a compassionate human being.
