My Approach to Helping

My approach to making a connection with people is being honest and genuine with my clients. Making the choice to start therapy is sometimes a very difficult decision, therefore, I provide empathy while challenging clients to promote growth and change. My approach is also collaborative in nature, and I encourage clients to communicate their goals. It is very important for me to know what your goals are, in order to, help guide you through the counseling process.

More Info About My Practice

My previous 16 years of work was in the government contracting field. After 10 years in the industry, I made the choice to do what I love, and that is to help people. After 6 years in school while working full-time, I graduated with my masters degree. I encourage every client to achieve their goals, one day at a time. Take the step to make your appointment today!
