My Approach to Helping

I believe that it is important to have a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. Because of this, I offer an initial consultation for potential clients. This is an opportunity for individuals to meet me and to ask questions. If potential clients believe I can be helpful to them, we can schedule additional appointments. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach, however, I will also utilize alternate treatment approaches, if needed.
