My Approach to Helping
I have expertise in treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress disorders, phase of life, and circumstantial stress. I apply scientifically validated procedures to help people, families, couples, and kids develop healthier and more effective habits. In my experience, people share their stories to say to another: this is who I am, this is what I believe, this is how I see the world, and these are my reasons. In psychotherapy, these dimensions are expanded to understand ourselves better, how we think, behave, and relate with others.
