Each person has a part of their life story that has never been told. It may be full of guilt, shame and fear. However, it does not have to remain that way. If you are like me, you would love to find a place where you can share the burdens that you have been carrying for far too long.

In the safety of a non-judgmental atmosphere, we will sit together as you share your untold story and begin to feel the weight lift off. Healing can be messy, but begin to dream that things can get better and change is possible.

More Info About My Practice

Over the past 20 years, working with individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings, I have witnessed sorrow and suffering turn to healing. With an extensive background in helping others improve their relationships, there is no greater joy than to see hope return.

Anxiety, depression and sexual abuse are areas where many seem to be stuck. They believe there is no hope. However, after, learning new strategies and coping techniques, their lives have been changed.

As we embark on your healing journey we will take a holistic approach; physically, emotionally and spiritually which will lead to lasting change.

My Role as a Therapist

For therapy to be most effective, we must work together as a team. We will set realistic goals. My approach is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care, explore any stumbling blocks and help you discover your strengths as we work towards meeting the goals.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I recognize how difficult it is to open up and share painful memories or current struggles. I once had to do the same. It was like taking a leap of faith, trusting the person I would meet with would be able to help me. I was pleasantly surprised as to the benefits. Now as a therapist, I use that experience. I truly believe I cannot ask you to go where I first hadn't been willing to go. Digging around the painful moments to reveal the beauty beneath, brought healing.
