My Approach to Helping
I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to allow adults and adolescents to comfortably express and process their thoughts and feelings. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and their therapist. It is a way for someone to explore why they may be feeling or thinking a certain way, which, in turn, can help them learn more about themselves and make positive life changes.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, daily stress, and those going through challenging life transitions. I encourage adolescents to express their thoughts and feelings and help them develop positive coping skills.
