My Approach to Helping
My goal as a therapist is to help you approach your difficulties and find creative and helpful solutions. Working with people in a nonjudgmental, relational, and collaborative way, my hope is to create a safe place where you can explore what's been troubling you. While many therapies require extended appointments, I can help you find relief and re-engage your life in a fulfilling way - as soon as possible.

My specialties include helping people with difficulties related to depression, aggression, anxiety, and complex decision making. As an EMDR trained therapist, I also help people experience relief from traumatic experiences.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Therapy can help us because it gives us an opportunity to hear ourselves as we speak with someone who cares about our difficulties. When we invite people to hear our experiences and facilitate our healing, we find ourselves more at peace and empowered to direct the lives we want.
