My Approach to Helping
My approach to providing therapy is to first offer deep empathy and care for every individual that allows me to partner with them. I also seek to understand all of the many parts that make up the individual and their experiences. Clients find that they receive substantial emotional release and mental clarity throughout our work together. It is as a result of these components of therapy that clients often make significant and sustained positive life changes. This follows my belief about therapy sessions being one pillar of support for clients as they make profound discoveries about their lives, decide when it is appropriate to take action in targeted areas of life, and as they seek to maintain the positive life changes that they have made.
