My Approach to Helping
My philosophy to therapy and counseling begins with getting to know you and developing a mutual trust that will allow therapy to be successful. As each individual is unique, there isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy; my goal is to tailor treatment to help you best reach your full potential. Through a supportive, non-judgmental environment, I will collaborate with you in order to create a therapeutic relationship that is uniquely yours.
I understand psychological suffering to be a normal experience. While some view symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and trauma as "disorders," I understand them as natural experiences resulting from various life experiences. To that end, my goal is to assist YOU in creating a peaceful, productive, and harmonious life.
