My Approach to Helping

You might say, “why does it feel like everyone else has their sh*t together and here I am, struggling to \'adult\' on a good day?\" Do you feel like you’ve lost your chance to live the life you always thought you\'d have? Or do you not know where or how to start?
Maybe you’ve achieved success, but are drowning in keeping up with your own unrelenting standards. You\'re exhausted from performing and disappointed that you always have to miss out. You know there is more to life than your job, but you can\'t seem to find that worklife balance. That feeling of emptiness may consume you as life has become more about keeping up versus actually living.
No matter your circumstance, life just feels overwhelming and all you want is a break. Removing the barriers standing in your way may feel like an impossible task, especially when you\'re not sure where or how to start. Sometimes talking to someone can help discover the obstacles keeping you blocked. Sometimes all it takes is seeing your life through another lens.
