My Approach to Helping

Worry and sadness are a normal part of life, at some points, sadness and worry can be hard to manage on your own, during those times, having someone to talk to can be very helpful for most people. I help individuals ages 12 and up that are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression and feeling stuck in life. I assist couples experiencing difficulties with communication and intimacy. I also assist couples with rebuilding trust after an affair.

I provide a safe, comfortable, relaxed and down to earth space using a person centered, cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. I emphasise humor, empathy and compassion. I enjoy working with couples experiencing difficulties with communication, intimacy and trust. I help individuals reduce negative self talk and identify barriers to being stuck.

If you are going through a tough spot in life, reach out and I will listen to your concerns and provide an outside prospective, while being empathetic, understanding and none judgmental.
