My Approach to Helping
I'm here if you've ever felt different, on the outside or identify with being "weird". We'll get along. If you're skeptical about therapy, or if you've had bad experiences with prior efforts at getting help, give me a call.
My job is to help you find the strength to achieve something better in life than what you have. Relief of pain and suffering is part of that, to be sure. But it isn't all of it.
I work well with people figuring out who they are and what they want. Times of stress and transition are times when therapy can be particularly helpful.
Friends, family, self-help books, colleagues, and the Internet can be full of advice about how to live your life. I offer a fresh perspective, without ulterior motives. I'll tell you directly what I think, and where I believe your strengths are.
