I work with individual adults and couples. My style is to be actively engaged using curiosity, respect, and compassion, to understand your history, relationships, and struggles. This will help you to better understand yourself, and through us working together you will create new choices in your beliefs and behaviors that will produce positive change in your life.
Above all, I have a sincere and deep passion for helping people make positive changes that they can benefit from throughout their entire life.
