My Approach to Helping
We all want to be seen for who we really are, and accepted without reservation. When we experience periods of disconnection, isolation, or loneliness, therapy can help us find meaning again.
My job is to help my clients gain a deeper understanding of their lives and make the changes necessary to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
I work with both individuals and couples, and I place special emphasis on attachment needs to help my clients achieve their goals. In therapy, we focus on the importance of achieving healthy and fulfilling relationships. I use a combination of empathy, patience, listening, and non-judgment to collaborate with my clients and help them achieve better lives. I strive to help the entire person, including their mental, spiritual, and emotional selves.
