My Approach to Helping
My belief in therapy is within each session, we can successfully work towards confronting individual barriers to change. I am committed to supporting each client with identifying patterns of behavior and helping to improve their quality of life. I believe that having an honest, trusting relationship with your therapist is incredibly important throughout the process. I have a very flexible schedule, with evening and weekend appointments available to help accommodate each client. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults that have struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorder behaviors, self-harm, family conflict and relationship issues.
