My Approach to Helping
Life is very hard in our current climate, you deserve a compassionate space just for you. Together we will evaluate the options, navigate family dynamics, create plans & strategies, and learn about your emotions. Exploring and establishing healthy habits & boundaries can help one find balance and feel success. In every stage in life there is an opportunity for personal growth and acceptance of self. I work with people during the whole adult age spectrum. I have training and specialization in working with grief, caregivers, business professionals, and older adults.
We are in unprecedented challenging times that is filled with grief, confusion, and deep sorrow. Together we can allow ourselves to feel those truths and navigate how to deal with the overwhelm. Using an integrated psychotherapy approach one can lead a life in awareness, accepting of self and others, and creating more fulfilling relationships.
I provide a kind, calm, safe, and understanding environment. I am also direct with the intention to encourage personal growth. In session we will examine the different aspects of being human through self-observation, exploring one\'s past & present patterns, and self-compassion. Together, we can discover your true being and how you want to live your life.
