My Approach to Helping

I truly believe the decision to enter therapy is one of the bravest decisions we can make for ourselves. I was born to do this work because I believe in connection, feeling heard and seen, and challenging ourselves to evolve into our most authentic selves. Therapy is about changing the conditioned narratives we have in our minds and learning to truly love who we are and to see the world and ourselves in a very different way. This is a vulnerable process, and I create a space for you to feel safe, accepted, and seen without judgment.
As human beings, we often experience a tremendous amount of pain in this world, not only at the hands of other people but also as a result of decisions we make for ourselves. Therapy allows us to process through your personal history and life choices in a non-judgmental, compassionate and loving way, allowing you to unpack what you hold inside in a healthy and safe way so you can experience fulfillment, gratitude, aliveness, and joy.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy that includes the following: Brainspotting and EMDR to address various forms of trauma, as well as mindfulness-based practices (including meditation, breath work, grounding skills and bodywork for processing emotions, strengthening intuition and building trust in self). I also work in the areas of relationships, body image, self-love, sexualityidentity, anxiety, grief and loss, family of origin and attachment struggles.

We all deserve to feel good about who we are and the life we live, and it is available to you! I am here to sit with you as your journey towards healing and wellness unfolds.
