My Approach to Helping
I offer counselling and coaching to adults of all ages. Since 1994, I have focused on adult health and mental health to address issues such as anxiety and depression, coping with stress, work-life balance, death and dying, parenting challenges, fertility, and other life changes and transitions. My goal as your therapist is to help you find new and improved ways of looking at the world. I can help you to learn how to make healthier decisions, apply new skills to cope with stressors, and develop new perspectives.
I will work with you in a supportive and compassionate way so that you feel safe and comfortable to explore and approach difficult aspects of your life. I look forward to talking with you to begin your journey towards inner strength and contentment.
