More Info About My Practice

I have a general practice, however, I specialize in the treatment of adults, couples and families regarding issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, work stress, coping with change.

I greatly enjoy working with adults over the age of 50 and people with chronic health conditions. In-home counseling works particularly these populations. I do travel to senior retirement communities.

Ever tried Walk and Talk Therapy? Together, we will walk around Mountain View while we meet for counseling. Scientists have shown that the bi-lateral stimulation of the brain involved with walking assists in the processing of feelings, thoughts and emotions. It enhances the therapy and you get your exercise at the same time!

Evening and weekend appointments available for busy schedules.

Insurance: I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
