I have over 15 years in behavioral health and specialize in treating depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relational problems. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, and I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
