My Approach to Helping
The events of your life, whether pleasing or not, hold insight into who you are and, more importantly, who you want to be. I see the emotions and thoughts attached to these events as tools to be intensified or diminished as you see fit.
I offer an open and judgment-free space to sort through life's complexities. I will help you manage anxiety, depression, rage, grief, self-loathing, life transitions, family dynamics, trauma, addiction, passive suicidal ideation, gender and sexuality questions, body image issues, and eating disorders.
I want to hear your stories of pain and joy, success and heartbreak. Together, we can construct meaning to figure out what’s serving you and what isn’t.
