My Approach to Helping
My practice is a digital therapy practice, which enables our work together to fit within your lifestyle. My intention is to help you work towards living the life you want to live. My approach to working with others is one of respect, empathy and humility. When meeting someone for the first time, I am interested in learning about them as a person and the types of issues that are impacting feelings of worthiness and satisfaction in their lives. It is important to me that we work together to end your suffering and dissatisfaction in a timely manner, and for this reason, I strongly believe using therapeutic frameworks and techniques that have been shown to be the most effective for specific issues. My approach in working with people is collaborative, and starts with first, identifying areas of concern for you, prioritizing which concerns to initially address, and lastly, working together to address the areas of concern. In my heart I hold the belief that every person deserves to live a life without emotional or psychological suffering.
