My Approach to Helping
Hello! I am the founder and clinical director of Peace Humanistic Therapy. I practice humanistic and positive psychology and honor one’s unique spark by treating the whole person (bio-psycho-social-spiritual) through individualized treatment plans. While many modalities focus on dysfunction and pathology, I embrace my humanistic roots by seeking to develop and strengthen free will, self-efficacy, and self-actualization, and seek to help others reach their potentials and achieve happiness and positive well-being.
I have an undergraduate degree in psychology from Washington State University and a MA in clinical psychology from Saybrook University. I am currently completing my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Saybrook University with a graduation date of December 2021.
