My Approach to Helping
Sometimes life can feel really difficult. When life feels this hard, we tend to revert to patterns and tendencies we learned in our earliest years. As a mind-body psychotherapist, my objective is to help you feel as though you are not alone in this world, and to provide you with realistic and practical ways to shift these early patterns and tendencies that probably are no longer working for you. The clients that seek my support are ones who are ready for change, are willing to take a deep look at themselves, and through my holistic philosophy of love and compassion, they finally transcend their suffering into a life with more ease, grace, and pleasure. I would be honored to learn about you and support you on your healing journey.
More Info About My Practice
I hold a clinical Masters Degree in Holistic Psychotherapy, am trained as a Body-Oriented Psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, advanced yogameditation teacher, and am a certified NeuroLeadership Coach. I help my clients heal from their core wounds, understand the energetic patterns in their body, and begin taking embodied action towards sustainable, positive change in their lives. If you want a therapist who is going to cheer for you, believe in you, and provide you with all the resources I possibly have to help you get to the next level, then we should talk.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love holding space for another's transformation to occur. I think that many of us have had to stifle who we really are to fit into our families or societies expectations. When we are on the quest for true authentic living, we realize that we must relearn and embrace who we really are. This is a process that I find so beautiful and exhilarating to witness. I love watching my clients return back to who they really are to live their truth in this world!
