My Approach to Helping
The immense psychosocial stressors we cope with today, the global pandemic, a social justice reckoning, and social distancing, require more than ever that we take care of ourselves and learn to practice resilience. If you're looking to talk to someone who can help you gain clarity about self, evaluate your path forward, or simply want help or support making changes in your life -- then I invite you to work with me. My practice is open to all, especially those experiencing anxiety andor depressive symptoms, or those hoping to explore patterns or challenges -- the ones that keep us from living our authentic selves. My style is relational and affirmative, and I work collaboratively with my clients using psychodynamic and Jungian principles with Cognitive-Behavioral and Narrative techniques.
