My Approach to Helping
Are you a 20-30 something feeling lost, confused, anxious, or depressed? Do you feel like you have what constitutes as a good life, but you are not feeling happy or fulfilled? We will examine thoughts, emotions, and situations that interfere with your happiness. Then together we can create strategies to help you to feel more in control of their life, more like yourself, and help you live a happier and more purposeful life.
I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere where you will feel valued and understood. I bring over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, along with my continual passion for helping others. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices, along with other coping skills in therapy.
