You can be free of overwhelming stress, destructive patterns, and negative thoughts. Together we work to realize your inner strengths, to cultivate calm, and to bring joy and success back to your life. In this demanding, fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel like there’s no time to help ourselves. But when overwhelmed thoughts and emotions undermine our daily lives, we can’t afford not to take care of ourselves.

Working in a collaborative and calm environment, I help clients access their unique strengths and develop new ways of thinking, seeing, and being. I use mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and other treatments to increase clients’ self-awareness, access their strengths, and build realistic plans for achieving their goals.

Clients can move more gracefully through life’s challenges, with greater productivity and freedom. I work with teens and adults. I also teach parents about healthy attachments, so they can develop their personal parenting philosophy and nurture loving, rewarding relationships with their children.
