I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Counseling. I deeply believe a collaborative and wholistic approach to healing is essential for lasting, positive change. During treatment, I help individuals to develop increased awareness of their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and innate strengths. As we explore past and current issues, new insights will be gained and we will better understand how to adjust problematic patterns to meet your well-being goals.

While it is true that life has its ups and downs, therapy should offer a setting that allows people to relax their defenses, open up, and express themselves. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment that is characterized by truth, compassion, genuineness, respect, and empathy. I offer a multidimensional approach to treatment aimed at creating a safe place where people can challenge limiting beliefs in order to find clarity and learn to harness their inner resources.
