With over a decade of experience working in the mental health field, including inpatient, outpatient, and within the community, I have gained skills in the use of a variety of techniques and tools to assist you in defining the issues you are dealing with, identifying potential options, developing goals and coping skills, gaining insight, confidence, and other strengths to obtain successful resolutions.
