My Approach to Helping
Each one of us at different times in our lives is challenged and hurt by something that is painful, stressful, overwhelming, or even devastating, and we have difficulty getting through it. Whatever is bothering you and causing you distress, know that you can get through it and don't need to do it alone, without help and support.
Whether you are experiencing difficulty with health issues, a relationship crisis, personal loss, a past or recent trauma, or another emotionally painful personal issue, I am available to assist you during this uncertain and emotionally painful experience. It is during these confusing and problematic times that we may realize we need professional support, guidance, and expertise so we can find solutions, learn, and develop helpful coping skills while receiving emotional support so we can move forward and heal.
I offer you a safe and supportive place to come and be yourself. We can work together to get you to a place where you feel encouraged, supported, empowered, and whole. I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to support you in your next steps toward happiness, health, and healing.
