My Approach to Helping
I listen without judgment, accept all of who you are, and validate your lived experiences. We explore your thoughts and emotions, and how you relate with yourself and others, to increase your awareness of the patterns and stories of your life and transform limitations into resources. Discover new life strategies and ways to move through anxiety, depression, or numbness to feel more connected and grounded, with an increased ability to flexibly respond to life stressors. I'll help you know yourself better, experience deeper connections in your relationships, and feel more at ease and joy. Learn specific ways to cope better with stress, especially given the increasing chaos in the world.
