My Approach to Helping
My treatment style is warm, authentic, focused, curious and non-judgmentalnon-critical. I place a high value on our therapeutic relationship, knowing the relationship will be a catalyst for your personal transformation(s). I prioritize containing an emotional and personal safe space that allows you to freely express past and present experiences of whatever is troubling you without judgment.
How I think about our work?
I will approach our work from a psychodynamic and relational orientation with Jungian influences, meaning we will collaboratively examine the underlining unconscious dynamics that contribute to your life experiences. I use an integrative holistic approach allowing all parts of the self, including socio-cultural identities, to be listened to and understood.
My aim is to help you examine your internal thoughts and feelings in order to begin to cultivate a new self-awareness around how you function and process experiences as an individual. My hope is that our work together will pave the way for becoming your most optimal self.
